Svinklovene is the name of a particularly rugged and beautiful landscape located by the north-western corner of the plantation of Svinkløv Plantage. From the top of this area, you have a breathtaking view of the inlet of Jammerbugten. In former times, the clefts, which were formed by soft chalk, used to stick out like chalk-white pieces of broken glass in the slope. Today, the chalk is still visible in some places but most of the area has been covered in vegetation. The area is located south-west of the famous and iconic hotel of Svinkløv Badehotel.
