Nationalparkcenter Thy is located in the middle of Vorupør and has been built into an existing dune which now covers the indoor information areas and eliminates the sense of actually being inside a building. The combination of the dune, the square and the town remains intact, and the architecture concentrates on three big openings towards the dunes, the sea and the town. Amongst other things, Nationalparkcentret is home to a landscape model where you can get a good overview of the landscape features, pathways, towns, activities and stories.
