Lønstrup is an old fishing village which has now been turned into a beach town paradise with a very special atmosphere. The town is located right by the sea on top of the cliff of Lønstrup Klint. It is very well-known for its arts and handicrafts, and this is the town with the highest percentage of artists, compared to the total population, in Denmark. In many places, you can visit open workshops and get very close to the arts. Apart from numerous arts and crafts shops, the town also features lots of eateries and places to stay overnight.
